Questions

Q: Can you fix my severely damaged photo?
A: Maybe. Send me a scan by e-mail and I will be able to tell you what can be done.

Q: Do you make photo gifts?
A: Yes. You can order a canvas through me. It is a great way to share a restored photo.

Q: I have a photocopy or a picture of the image I want restored. Can you do that?
A: No, not really. A picture or a photocopy even a good one has lost a lot of detail nessecary for restoration.
I recommend you get your photo scanned. I know you might not have the original photo to scan because it has
been lost. If scanning simply can’t happen e-mail me the image and I will tell you what, if anything, can be done.

Q: I don’t have a scanner, will you scan my photos?
A: Yes, stop by the studio and I can do so in a minute or two. Otherwise I recommend STAPLES here in Peterborough. They’ll put your 600dpi scans on a disk or USB key.

Q: My Grandfather’s funeral is three days away. Is it possible to have a photo restored before then?
A: Usually yes. I am able to offer 24 hour restoration if my schedule allows. Expedited work is an additional $10/ea
